Staff directories shouldn't need a developer.
EmbedStaff was built to fix a problem that shouldn't exist.

Built by one developer
I'm Matt, a web developer based in Australia. After working with enough schools, nonprofits, and community organizations as clients, I kept running into the same situation: a staff directory that hadn't been updated in years, an admin team with no way to change it themselves, and a web agency quoting two weeks and a few hundred dollars to swap out a name.
EmbedStaff is my answer to that. A focused tool that does one job well - keeps a staff directory live, accurate, and embedded on any website - without needing a developer to maintain it.
The problem isn't unique to schools. Churches, law firms, clinics, universities, nonprofits - any organisation that manages its own website without a developer on hand runs into the same bottleneck. The people who know what changed (HR, admin, comms) can't update the website. The people who can update the website don't know what changed.
EmbedStaff sits in the middle. Your admin team manages the directory from a simple dashboard. Your website displays it automatically. No CMS login, no agency ticket, no IT request - the directory just stays current.
